Day 1: Nile White Water Rafting Expedition To Jinja
Your safari will begin with a drive to Kayunga/Jinja where you will spend a day white water rafting on the Nile River starting from Entebbe/Kampala. During your trip, there are two choices: the high grade 5 rapids which are more challenging or the easy low grade 3 rapids. But whatever option you choose it will be very interesting and safe at the same time. For some great local food such as fish dishes and golden beer from nearby breweries. Return back to Kampala city for overnight stay
Day 2: Tracking Rhinos at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and Going to Murchison Falls National Park
Your day commences with a tour at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where rhinos may be observed in their natural setting. You will capture rare memories of these enormous mammals unearthing earth or cutting branches utilizing their tusks as tools. After this, continue to Murchison Falls National Park where you shall pass one night at your choice of accommodation.
Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park Exploration
For your morning game drive head to the northern circuit of Murchison Falls National Park where you get to marvel at the many wonders that exist there during early hours. Rolling plains serve as habitats for wild animals like lions giraffes hartebeests buffalos elephants bushbucks hippopotami among many others present here while bird lovers will be thrilled watching some of our renowned birds such as Secretary Bird Black-chested Snake Eagle Tawny Martial Eagles etc. The afternoon boat cruise enables one to reach the bottom point of Murchison falls before concluding with a hike to its topmost part forming a spectacular viewpoint.
Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse wildlife. Enjoy occasional stops along the route to observe natural features like the Rift Valley escarpments, lakes, birdlife, and village landscapes.
Day 5: Kazinga Channel Wildlife Expedition by Car & Boat.
If you want to witness wildlife in the Queen Elizabeth National Park, take a morning game drive that will expose you to animals like elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, warthogs and hyenas. You can enjoy a two-hour boat ride along the Kazinga Channel which links Lake George with Lake Edward during which hippos are seen lying on their backs in the water while several crocodiles like reclining under stones.
Day 6: Chimp Tracking in Kyambura Gorge and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Go chimp tracking in Kyambura Gorge and also see other types of primates like Colobus monkeys and Mangabeys. Understand chimpanzees’ intelligence, their communication and how they use tools. transfer back to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for a night’s stay.
Day 7: Trekking Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Begin your day by site rangers briefing before getting into forest to track gorillas.Get an hour observing them as they feed, play around and bonding with their young ones at the same time.Get chance to see how similar they are to human beings after which go on recline at your lodge.
Day 8: Travel to Entebbe for Departure Flight
You will leave the lodge after breakfast and make way to this airstrip of Entebbe. On your way, you will be mesmerized by beautiful rolling hills, bananas groves besides grazing Ankoles. You can take photos at the Equator and do a few fun experiments which show how the Coriolis force works. On the way to Entebbe where you will catch your departure flight, you can also buy some hand-made products at Curio and Souvenir Shops.
